INVERNADEROS FERTRI framework has been designed to guarantee a great resistance, using first quality materials with assembly pieces without soldering to provide a great speed and facility in the assembly, being built with:

  • Posts 
-  60 * 2 mm. pipe, galvanised by immersing.
-  80 * 60 * 3 mm. rectangular, galvanised by immersing.
-  100 * 80 * 3 mm. rectangular, galvanised by inmersing.
  • Belts
    -  32 * 1,5 mm. pipe.
    -  “FERTRI” Profile.
    -  30 * 30  mm. by fixation sheet, polycarbonate, etc.
  • Growing bars
    -  40 * 1,5 mm. pipe, Sendzimer Z-275 Galvanised.
     
  • Gutters in large development side and central buildings, which maybe 1.8 mm. - 2 mm. thick or higher. Manufactured by printing in one only piece, with Sendzimer-275 Galvanised steel or stainless steel.
     
    "FERTRI standard gutters are designed to take up the water produced due to the condensation inside the greenhouse, and are especially designed to guarantee the stemming among their joints."
     
  • Maximum resistance and worked design capitals, manufactured by printing in 2.5 mm. thick Sendzimer-275 steel, without any type of soldering to avoid rust. They are the most resistant capitals in the market.
     
  • Plastic fastening omegas
    Either with Polythene clip or with P.V.C crosspiece or wad.

All these elements give “FERTRI” framework a great resistance much higher than that demanded by the existing standard and checked through many tests.

All our greenhouses framework analysis have been done according to the UNE 76-208-92 (Metal Framework - Multihood Greenhouses with Plastic Material Covering) Standard, adapted to the CEN-TC 284 GREENHOUSE European Rule Project.
