In 2022, Fertri completed this 50,000 m² horticultural complex in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The Gothic greenhouse, with its characteristic pointed-arch cover, was chosen for its superior performance against the region’s heavy rainfall and its greater structural resistance to wind.
The pointed shape of the roof significantly improves rainwater runoff and offers greater interior volume, favouring air circulation and natural temperature regulation. The 10-metre-wide structure allows efficient crop organisation in rows, with ample space for mechanisation.
The project was carried out entirely by Fertri, with a technical team deployed from Pontedeume to Monterrey to ensure correct installation and commissioning.
