in the heart of Turkey.
In 2022, Fertri completed this 30,000 m² complex of gothic greenhouses in the region between the Turkish provinces of Denizli and Mugla. The area enjoys a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters, ideal conditions for the production of tomatoes, peppers and aubergines under high-performance plastic cover.
The 10-metre-wide gothic design is perfectly adapted to the structural requirements of the area, with a roof geometry that facilitates rainwater drainage and efficiently withstands the wind load typical of this coastal Aegean region.
The installation was complemented with roof and side ventilation, automated drip irrigation and climate control, ensuring optimal growing conditions throughout the year.
